Shipping policy

Important information:

Order deadline: 3 p.m. CEST
Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays)
Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday)
Free shipping for all orders in France
Delivery information
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order. Processing your order takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, except Sunday).

If you order before 3 p.m. CEST, we will process your order the same day. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information. You can expect your order within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

We currently only ship to France. Delivery is free for all orders.

Delivery delays
If the expected processing and delivery time has passed and you still haven't received your order, don't worry. Please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday through Friday) for delivery. If your order still hasn't arrived after this period, please contact us with your order number.

Cancellations
To cancel your order, please send us an email at contact@renard-montreal.com Please do this as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If you have received an incorrect or damaged order, please take photos and email them to contact@renard-montreal.com, quoting your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
