Return Policy

Important information:

You have 30 days to return your order.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
No restocking fees.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept exchanges.

Return Procedure
Regardless of the reason, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

To be eligible, items must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them, including the original packaging.

To request a return, please email us at contact@renard-montreal.com. We will guide you through the process. Please pack the items carefully and send them via a reliable carrier. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. However, please note that no restocking fees will be charged.

Refunds
Once your return has been processed, the full purchase amount will be automatically refunded within 14 days using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

If this takes longer, please contact us and we will check the situation.

Exchanges
Are you not completely satisfied with an item and would you like to exchange it? No problem. Please contact us at contact@renard-montreal.com and indicate which items you would like to exchange and why. We will do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Cancellations
To cancel your order, please send an email to contact@renard-montreal.com. Please do this as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If you have received an incorrect or damaged order, please take photos and send them to contact@renard-montreal.com, stating your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
