Job description: As a customer and fashion advisor at Renard, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via email, chat, and social media. You will provide advice about our collection, answer questions about orders, and ensure that every customer has an excellent online shopping experience. You will also contribute to the optimization of our online store and to online marketing and styling.
Tasks:
Answering customer questions via email, chat, and social media.
Advising customers on products, sizes, and styles.
Processing orders and returns.
Contributing to the optimization of product descriptions and the online shopping experience.
Supporting the creation of content for social media and online campaigns.

Your profile:

Job description: As an online sales specialist at Renard, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store.
